Dr Chong Kuoh Ren is a gynaecologist and fertlity doctor who strives to give the best care and treatment experience to his patients.

With over 14 years in the discipline of obstetrics and gynaecology, he is competent in all aspects of this field. Dr Chong Kuoh Ren has been looking after patients in several major hospitals, namely Hospital Besar Melaka, Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah (Klang), University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) and Hospital Sg Buloh. He is experienced in looking after high risk pregnancies, ie, twin pregnancies, mothers with medical problems, and preterm deliveries. He is skillful in performing scans for baby’s growth and detecting abnormalities.

Dr.Chong Kuoh Ren graduated from University Malaya (UM) for both his medical degree (MBBS) and subsequently his Masters degree in O&G. He is certified internationally, where he is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (RCOG), London. He holds a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery and is a member of the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons (WALS).

Dr Chong Kuoh Ren enjoys coaching and was actively involved with supervising and training junior doctors and nursing staff for the past 8 years. Due to his dedication and commitment to the field of O&G in public services, he received the “Excellence in Service Award” from the Selangor State Health Agency in 2009. He was an Honorary Lecturer for MAHSA University and Taylor School of Medicine from 2012 – 2014.

His interest in Reproductive Medicine, a specialised field of gynaecology, started after personally witnessing his close family members face difficulties conceiving. He shares the joy parents get whenever they hear the baby’s heartbeat for the first time, and taking them through till delivery of their special bundle of joy.
